The Ortho Optix Reader is an integrated component of the fully automated Ortho Workstation solution, designed to streamline the manual stage of immunohematology testing. Together, these two devices form an efficient micro-laboratory system with a clear division of functions.
The analyzer’s optical system reads and processes each test based on a digital image, applying standardized algorithms.
The software automatically classifies the results.
The prepared cards are transferred to the Ortho Optix Reader (manually or via an optimized laboratory workflow).
