Modular automatic station
Modular automated complete urinalysis station with body fluid analysis capability
It integrates three types of modules into a single analytical line: the UC-3500 module for the analysis of physicochemical properties, the UF-4000/5000 module for the analysis of urine and body fluid sediment, and the UD-10 modules for automated sediment microscopy.
The UN series ensures full automation and standardization of the urinalysis procedure, as well as the ability to adapt to the specific requirements of an individual laboratory.
In the UN series, analytical modules are integrated via a shared sample delivery and transport system, as well as a common control system.
DESIGNED FOR VERSATILITY AND EXCELLENCE IN THE LABORATORY
Analyzing large volumes of samples with minimal personnel involvement in the procedure
Standardization of the analytical process for all stages of urine and body fluid analysis on a single platform
The UN series analyzers offer maximum flexibility—you can select the solution that best fits your workflow.
Wide range of diagnostics
Rapid and accurate diagnosis of the causes of hematuria, with determination of its type (prerenal, postrenal)
Accurate determination of proteinuria and microalbuminuria (protein/creatinine and albumin/creatinine ratios) in accordance with standard clinical protocols
A solution for diagnosing urinary tract infections that is unique in its speed and accuracy: detection of leukocyturia and quantitative bacteriuria, with Gram-stain-based identification, available on the same day the sample is submitted for analysis.
Bladder cancer screening: information about the presence of atypical cells in the urine on the day of sample submission
Precise data on the concentrating function of the kidneys: measured osmolality

Regardless of the chosen urine analyzer configuration, you can easily expand its capabilities by adding additional modules. Modules can be connected or disconnected at any time.
Up to nine modules can be connected in a single line. Additional modules can be added for loading and unloading samples.
Expanded capabilities of general urinalysis
Begin urine sample analysis on the UC-3500 using Meditape test strips for rapid screening of up to 16 parameters, including creatinine and microalbumin. Based on the data obtained, the U-WAM management system applies predefined rules to select samples for further sediment analysis.
This takes place in a fully automated mode. A detailed analysis of the formed elements in urine using UF analyzers includes up to 27 parameters, enabling the detection and differentiation of all pathological types of particles.
For a bacteriological laboratory
Screening urine samples for bacteriuria using UF-5000/4000 analyzers allows for the identification of negative samples with an accuracy of over 99%, thereby excluding them from further testing for UTIs in the microbiology laboratory.
Using additional UF information on Gram differentiation of microorganisms, a specific medium can be selected for culture of positive samples and possible treatment options can be checked
This workflow will help save a significant amount of time, as initial results will be available in just a few minutes rather than days. This means that treatment can be initiated sooner—using more targeted (narrow-spectrum) medications—while immediately ruling out cases that do not require antibiotic therapy.
