DESIGNED FOR VERSATILITY

Diagnosis of purulent-septic and inflammatory processes: the XN-L and XN series analyzers are the only instruments that provide the clinician with both the absolute and relative counts of immature granulocytes (IG—the total count of metamyelocytes, promyelocytes, and myelocytes). The clinical utility of this parameter has been established for the diagnosis and monitoring of infectious-inflammatory processes.

The quantitative flagging system allows for the assessment of the level of band neutrophils ("Left Shift"), the probability of neoplastic changes ("Blast/Abn Lymfo"), and the presence of atypical lymphocytes ("Atypical Lympho").

Leukocyte counting and differential analysis are performed using fluorescent flow cytometry, based on the direct determination of nucleic acid concentration within the cells, as well as cell size and internal structure.

Hemoglobin determination is performed using the high-precision SLS method.

The counting of erythrocytes and platelets is performed using the impedance method with hydrodynamic focusing.

Metrological traceability of measurement results for patient samples to reference methods is guaranteed by the manufacturer (ISO 17511).

Sysmex control materials are certified for all parameters specified for XN-L analyzers (XN-L CHECK), including the immature granulocyte parameter.

Automated 6-diff hematology analyzer

Flow cytometry method for the differential count of leukocytes into 6 subpopulations: 5 mature subpopulations and 1 population of immature granulocytes (promyelocytes, myelocytes, and metamyelocytes).

Complete blood count, including a 6-part white blood cell differential, from 25 µL of EDTA whole blood

Automatic sample introduction (autosampler for 20 samples) with manual introduction capability

Allows for the analysis of a sample based on 40 different hematological parameters.

Configurations

450 x 660 x 450 mm. 53 kg

The basic configuration includes the capability for a complete blood count (CBC) with a 6-part white blood cell differential (totaling 40 parameters). In this configuration, the analyzer has a throughput of 60 samples per hour.

It features an automatic sample loader (capacity: 20 samples; 2 racks of 10 tubes each) and also supports manual sample loading.
