DESIGNED FOR VERSATILITY
Leukocyte counting and differential leukocyte count are performed using flow fluorescent cytometry.
Hemoglobin determination is performed using the high-precision SLS method.
The counting of erythrocytes and platelets is performed using the impedance method with hydrodynamic focusing.
Metrological traceability of measurement results for patient samples to reference methods is guaranteed by the manufacturer (ISO 17511).
Sysmex control materials are certified for all parameters specified for XN-L analyzers (XN-L CHECK)
Small sample volume (25 µL) with the capability for direct counting of immature granulocytes (IG) and antibody-producing cells (HFLC) in every analysis. Flagging and enumeration of nucleated red blood cells (NRBC).
The XN-L and XN series analyzers are the only instruments that provide the clinician with the absolute and relative counts of immature neutrophils (IG—the total count of metamyelocytes, promyelocytes, and myelocytes).
The XN-330 analyzer is an analyzer with manual sample loading in an open tube.
