Sysmex XQ 320/520

Sysmex Corporation. Japan

Automated 3-diff hematology analyzers

New series of automated 3-diff hematology analyzers with direct neutrophil counting in the sample

Optimal clinical efficacy: 20 defined parameters, including a specific neutrophil count

Automatic sample feeding capability for the XQ-520

Highly economical operation: reduced reagent consumption, minimal maintenance

Minimum blood volume (16 µl) for analysis

DESIGNED FOR VERSATILITY

XQ-320/520 are the only 3-diff hematology analyzers in the world currently manufactured that have been validated for direct neutrophil counting in a sample

XQ-series analyzers provide for the determination of a total of 20 hematological parameters from 16 µl of blood.

Results available in <1 min

Specialized neutrophil counting, delivering excellent clinical performance for infections and bone marrow activity monitoring.

Convenient interpretation of results, featuring numerical values, histograms, and flags on a single screen; the flags have clear and full names.

Superior operational stability — factory lifetime calibration

The boundaries for cell populations on the histograms are not pre-set by the manufacturer but are established by the analyzer individually for each sample.

Availability of intelligent suggestions for correcting errors and anomalies that arise during calculation—for example, in aggregation.

Quick sleep/shutdown and fast startup function, automatic wake-up function

Operational economy

Routine maintenance of the instrument consists solely of a weekly shutdown procedure involving a rinse with Cellclean.

The analyzer does not require the user to perform calibration using special calibration materials, as the calibration established during manufacturing remains unchanged throughout its entire service life.

Reagent consumption per analysis has been reduced compared to the previous model.

The analyzer does not require a rinsing solution and uses only two types of reagents (diluent and lysing solution) for analysis.

Electricity consumption has been reduced by approximately 20%.
